Urbanik Psychological Services provides structured outpatient therapy for adults located anywhere in Michigan through secure video sessions.
The information below outlines fees, scheduling expectations, insurance policies, and cancellation guidelines.
Fees
Initial appointment (60 minutes): $300
Ongoing therapy sessions (50 minutes): $225
If you are using Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan (BCBSM), sessions are billed through your insurance based on your specific benefits.
If you are not using BCBSM, payment is due at the time of service and processed automatically through the secure client portal.
Scheduling
Sessions are held weekly to support consistent progress.
Appointments are available Monday through Thursday during daytime hours. A consistent weekly time is strongly recommended.
Virtual sessions are available to adults located anywhere in Michigan.
Insurance
I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan (BCBSM).
For all other plans, this practice is out-of-network. A monthly superbill can be provided for possible reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are charged the full session fee ($225).
Insurance does not cover missed or late-canceled appointments.
Practice Scope
This practice provides outpatient psychotherapy and is not designed for crisis or emergency services. If you are experiencing an urgent mental health crisis, please contact 911, 988, or your local emergency services.
