Urbanik Psychological Services provides structured outpatient therapy for adults located anywhere in Michigan through secure video sessions.
The information below outlines fees, scheduling expectations, insurance policies, and cancellation guidelines.
Fees
Initial appointment (60 minutes): $300
Ongoing therapy sessions (50 minutes): $225
This practice operates as an out-of-network provider and does not bill insurance directly. Payment is due at the time of service and processed automatically through the secure client portal using a card on file.
Insurance
This is a private-pay practice and is not in-network with insurance plans.
If your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, a monthly superbill can be provided for you to submit for possible reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan, so you may wish to contact your insurer directly to understand your benefits.
Scheduling
Sessions are typically held weekly to support momentum and meaningful progress.
Appointments are available Monday through Thursday during weekday daytime hours. Therapy is conducted virtually for adults located in Michigan.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged the full session fee.
Practice Scope
This practice provides outpatient psychotherapy and is not designed for crisis or emergency services. If you are experiencing an urgent mental health crisis, please contact 911, 988, or your local emergency services.
